Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what you can and cannot do with HandyBrowsers. We take misuse seriously — violations may result in immediate account suspension.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the boundaries of permissible use to ensure our platform remains safe and lawful for all users.

Prohibited Uses

Fraud & Deception

  • Creating fake identities or impersonating others
  • Conducting phishing attacks or social engineering
  • Payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or credit card abuse
  • Ad fraud, click fraud, or impression fraud

Hacking & Security Violations

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities in third-party services
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, or spyware
  • Conducting DDoS attacks or network interference

Illegal Content

  • Accessing, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material
  • Facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Spam & Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages
  • Scraping platforms in violation of their terms of service
  • Creating fake reviews, ratings, or social proof
  • Manipulating search engine results through illegitimate means

Platform Violations

  • Circumventing account bans on platforms that prohibit multiple accounts
  • Creating accounts on platforms that prohibit automated signups
  • Market manipulation on financial or cryptocurrency exchanges

Gray Areas & Edge Cases

Some activities depend on context and the terms of the third-party platforms you interact with. We strongly recommend:

  • Review the terms of service of any platform you use HandyBrowsers with
  • Ensure you have explicit permission when managing accounts on behalf of clients
  • Do not use HandyBrowsers to circumvent bans that were applied to you for violating platform rules
  • When in doubt, contact us at legal@handybrowsers.com before proceeding

Enforcement

HandyBrowsers reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this AUP. Actions may include:

First-time minor violations may receive a formal warning.

Suspension

Temporary suspension of account access pending investigation.

Termination

Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

Report a Violation

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
